Ubuntu 执行apt-get install报错Failed to fetch的解决方法

在sudo apt-get install build-essential 安装gcc-c++时出现Failed to fetch的问题。

在网上找了找，有人说是DNS服务器没有设置对，有人说需要使用阿里云的服务器，国外的服务器被和谐了，根据这两种方式修改后还是不行，最后根据提示输入
sudo apt-get update
然后在输入
sudo apt-get install build-essential
